African uncontrolled population growth

According to the United Nations, projections for population growth in Africa is expected to exceed all other nations. While developed nation promote free and/or easy access to birth control, what are African nations doing?

It would seem to me if climate change activist were truly concerned about over population and climate change, why not address the nation that is expected to have the largest population growth? Reproduction rates in the United States has dwindled over the past few decades as more women put their career before having a family.

Also, developing nations are more likely to use cheap coal over expensive renewable energies, or even natural gas.

As populations increase in Africa, chances are unrest will become wide spread as food and water resources become more scarce. This means even more migration of Africans to developed nations such as those in Europe.

Several solutions,

one could be stopping the research into a cure for aids

Stop with all the foreign intervention, let the monkies machete themselves to death. Its not genocide its natural order

This one needs emphasized , stop giving them food and medical supplies, Let them die

These people are not civilized, they are feral. Drop off a bunch of guns, ammo, explosives etc and in a year the issue starts solving itself.

These people breed because they little else interesting to do, give birth at a rate that fit when child mortality was high, have an overabundance of food without the skills or land to support such a birth rate, and have bought into the socialist mantra that someone else is responsible for what they can't do on their own.

Central America should be quarantined and forced to live in the mess they created until they wake the hell up.

Send goats to make milk and cheese. Send farming equipment to grow food. But there's no money for corrupt governments to pocket, which is probably why we dont see that happening.

America once sent Africa a lot of tractors and other farming machines. Most of the units ended up either as rusted useless overtime just sitting there, or stripped for parts and sold on the global parts market. So the State department sighed and started shipping the grain again.

Several years ago China tried to build a railroad through parts of Africa. Basically, everything the Chinese built was destroyed.

There is a documentary about it called Empire of Dust.

Everything that goes to Africa eventually succumbs to the place. Africa must raise itself up because outsiders can't ever seem to do it.

Education of the Africans who actually give a shit about Africans and not foreign money would go a long way.

We've been building schools there for generations without much progress.

To date, the most effective program has been micro loans to Africans in order to buy themselves into a useful village business. A peanut grinder so a mom could start a peanut butter sales business. An arc welder for a guy fixing machinery. A plastic truck bed tank and sprayer to help spray agricultural chemicals on local home farms. It's about addressing what they consider a middle class self employment opportunity. Buy them a CNC mill and they will either sell it or let it rust from neglect. Their tradesman and entrepreneur class is much more primitive. An American middle class gig to them is for a big mover and shaker locally for what they consider highly educated people.

Helping create a working class in the rural villages is how they will raise themselves up. The working villages are mostly 50 years behind in technology, excepting small electronics. You don't buy them a John Deere tractor. You buy them a Honda small motor powered garden tiller instead.
